The Rising Tide Fellowship is a grassroots, non-hierarchical community organization based in Buffalo, NY. Our mission is to build housing security and economic sovereignty from the ground up through direct action and mutual aid.
We organize marginalized, working-class neighbors on the East Side to form localized tenant unions and accompaniment pods. By facilitating block-level assemblies and providing the logistical scaffolding for collective action, we empower vulnerable residents to stand up to extractive corporate landlords, hold unified strike lines, and build a prefigurative solidarity economy that replaces systemic neglect with community care.
Use these forms to initiate a proactive Repair Case against your landlord in Erie County Court. Do not wait for an eviction notice to fight back.
